How to Order

To Order by Phone Shop: 1. To begin shopping, click one of the tabs at the top of the page, or click any of the categories on the left of the page.
2. The main categories, "Seasonal Celebrations," "Special Occasions," "Family & Friends," "Sales & Clearance" and "Specialty Shops" will show you the subcategories. You can then browse through a specific section like Graduations or Wedding Favors within that category. All categories and sections are outlined on the left side of the page.
3. Click the item image to see more information or to personalize and order a product.
4. If you see a menu of selections below the product description that show colors or sizes, choose the exact item you want. The page will refresh and the item name will reflect your selection. Enter the personalization you'd like to appear on the item.
Carefully review the personalization on each item prior to proceeding to checkout to ensure that the information you are entering is correct as no changes can be made once submitted. Changes to item personalization can be made from the shopping basket where you are able to review the personalization you have entered.
5. Choose what Gift Options you want (Gift Card or Gift Boxing) and select to whom your gift will be shipping.
6. Click "Add to Basket" and you will be taken to your Shopping Basket.
7. To continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping". To checkout, click "Checkout".
To find specific gifts quickly, you can search by keyword or item number. To shop by keyword or item number, just enter the word or words or number in the text box in the top right of the page and click "Go".
Check Out: After you've finished shopping and personalizing your gifts, click "shopping basket" and "Check Out". Follow the steps to enter your shipping and billing information.
Returning Customers: If you've shopped at personalcreations.com before, you will be prompted in the beginning of the checkout process to enter your password. Upon entering your password, you can enter and select addresses from your address book. You will still have to enter your credit card information and you can still change or update any information.
Send to Multiple Locations: If you are shipping to multiple addresses, you then will be prompted for the address of each recipient followed by the billing information for this order to be completed. You may then store this information in your Address Book to use the next time you shop for a gift. When shipping to alternate addresses, please note that your gift recipient will receive a package insert that details the item included in the order but will not include any pricing details.
Confirmation: After submitting your order, you'll see a receipt that you can print for your records. You will be sent an email confirmation, which will summarize your order and personalization. Once you have reviewed your order and submit it, your order immediately goes into our production area and therefore, no cancellations or changes can be made. Please review your order carefully before submission.
You will be notified by email when your order ships from our offices. If you chose to create a password when placing your online order, you may use our Online Tracking Form to check the personalization and shipment status of your order. If you need assistance, please fill out our Contact Us Form.
Place Catalog Order: If you have a paper catalog and you want to place an order over the Web, click on "Place Catalog Order," which is at the top of each page. Enter the catalog number (it's in the yellow box on your mailing label) and enter the Product Number of the item you want to order. Click "Submit" and you'll see the Product Detail page where you can enter your personalization. To purchase the item click "Add to Basket." Click on "Continue Shopping" to enter another item number.
